Paint & Sip – Public Event Policies

At Studio Fifty Art, we want every session to feel welcoming, relaxed, and creatively uplifting. To keep things simple, clear, and fair for everyone, please take a moment to read our policies for all public Paint & Sip events held in pubs and restaurants.

These policies apply to all standard ticketed sessions (not private or corporate bookings).

🎟️ Ticket Policy

  • All tickets must be booked online prior to the event.
  • Tickets are non-refundable.
  • Tickets do not include drinks or food unless stated otherwise.
  • Minimum age restrictions may apply depending on the venue (usually 16+ or 18+).
  • A valid ticket must be presented upon arrival (digital is fine).

🔄 Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Life happens — we understand.

  • Tickets are non-refundable, but fully transferable to a friend if you can’t attend.
  • If you notify us 48+ hours in advance, we’re happy to move your ticket to another date once, subject to availability.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows on the day cannot be refunded or transferred.

We keep this policy fair so we can continue offering sessions at an affordable price.

🚫 If We Need to Cancel

On very rare occasions an event may need to be cancelled (e.g. low numbers, venue issues, or illness).

If this happens:

  • You will be offered a choice of a full refund or a transfer to another session.
  • We will always give as much notice as possible.

🏡 Venue & Behaviour Policy

  • Paint & Sip sessions take place inside partner pubs and restaurants.
  • We are not responsible for venue facilities or the service provided by the venue.
  • Please follow the venue’s house rules regarding age, alcohol, and behaviour.
  • We ask all guests to be respectful, supportive, and kind — it’s what makes the sessions magical.

🎨 What Your Ticket Includes

  • All art materials
  • A canvas to take home
  • Step-by-step guidance
  • A relaxed, friendly creative atmosphere
  • Use of aprons

Drinks, snacks, and meals can be purchased directly from the venue so you can make the night your own.

🖌️ Safety, Paint Use & Liability

We use non-toxic acrylic paints, but they must not be ingested.

By taking part In Studio Fifty Art Paint & Sip sessions:

  • You agree to use the materials safely and responsibly.
  • Studio Fifty Art cannot be held liable for any accidental ingestion or misuse of materials.
  • Acrylic paints may stain clothing; aprons are provided, but participants join at their own risk.
  • Studio Fifty Art is not responsible for damage to personal items.

Your safety is important to us — please reach out if you have any concerns.

📸 Photography & Social Media

We love capturing the joy of creativity.

  • Photos may be taken during the session for social media and marketing.
  • If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know on arrival — no problem at all.
  • No photos of anyone under 18 will be used without express consent.

Accessibility

Each venue has its own layout and facilities.
If you have accessibility requirements, please contact us before booking and we’ll gladly advise on the venue setup.

Late Arrivals

  • Sessions start promptly. Latecomers are welcome but the session will not be extended.
  • No refunds are given for late arrival.

🎁 Gift Cards & Discount Codes

  • Gift cards can be used for any public Paint & Sip session.
  • They cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
