🎨 Studio Fifty Art – Junior Paint & Sip Party

Terms & Conditions

For birthday parties and private bookings for children aged 8+

1. Booking & Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

2. What's Included

  • 90 minute guided art session for children aged 8+
  • All painting materials (canvases, aprons, paints, brushes)
  • Setup and tidy-up
  • Art themed party bag for each child

3. What's Not Included

  • Venue hire, food, and drink – these must be arranged by the party host.
  • Tables and chairs must be provided by the venue.

4. Numbers & Costs

  • Parties are priced at £160 for up to 8 children and £18 per additional child (up to 12 max)
  • Final guest numbers must be confirmed 7 days before the party.

5. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance: Deposit remains non-refundable, but no further charges apply.
  • Cancellations within 14 days: The full amount will be due unless the date is rebooked with another client.
  • If you need to postpone, an alternative date will be offered where possible.

6. Safety & Supervision

  • A responsible adult must remain present at all times.
  • Studio Fifty Art is fully insured, but supervision is the responsibility of the host.
  • Allergies: Please advise if any children have allergies (e.g., latex, paint ingredients)
